Starter Pack for the Dictatorial Regime
Living in the third world, or as it is commonly known, the continent of Africa, where the governments have communist and dictatorial structures sugar-coated as democracy, by the people for the people, and make these futile attempts at propaganda. I mean, it is barely propaganda for the well educated, it is spot on sight. So I decided to make this starter pack, a simple guide for whom it may concern.
Before we start with the how-to’s, we should understand what propaganda means:
Propaganda is communication that is primarily used to influence or persuade an audience to further an agenda, which may not be objective and may involve selectively presenting facts to encourage a particular synthesis or perception, or using loaded language to produce an emotional rather than a rational response to the information being presented.
The Media Is a Weapon
The media is a loaded gun ready to be fired in any direction. This is not new knowledge for any leader, but knowing where to aim is the thing most leaders lack. Real guns have a limited number of bullets, so the shooter must aim properly at whichever target he wants to hit, not just to shoot, but to get the job done. Most governments rely on state-funded media to do their work, but that is aiming at the wrong place. To deal with this:
One must create a non-government-funded organization, make another company with no relations whatsoever to the government, and fund this NGO. This NGO runs an independent news outlet staffed by investigative journalists curious to uncover the truth. The journalists must have real passion and desire for investigative journalism so the masses buy into them. This so-called investigative journalist, let us call them IJ for short, must face real threats and hardships. They must be chased by the government and opposing groups that want to eradicate them.
But here is where you come into play. You must be able to do some real, but not too distressing, things. Commit crimes like embezzlement, bribery, and nepotism. Do not go over 10 million in the money pool because that is casual lottery money for the masses, large enough to cause a shake but not large enough to start an eruption. Leave breadcrumbs for the IJs so they can follow through and let the masses know what is happening. Plant a fall guy. This person must be from within the government, only heard of once or twice so only a few people recognize him. Let the unaware know of his position. Make this person a mystery to the media, a past only the IJs can figure out and reveal to the masses.
By repeating this step and making this so-called “independent media” trustworthy and accepted by the masses, you can place certain trails and leads that steer the masses away from the main goal you are trying to protect.
Another way to load the media and shoot: speak the plain truth in plain sight, but feign the actions. Take your time doing whatever you plan to do. First announce to the masses, then take action using a slow route. The masses will be focused on searching for a hidden agenda and whatever is behind the curtains that there is a 95% chance they will not notice what is really happening.
